For a simple eCommerce website for a small business I’m torn between whether to use Shopify or GoDaddy’s Quick Shopping Cart. I’ve played around in the trial feature Shopify offers and so far, it seems fine. However, it’s a bit expensive especially when starting out. GoDaddy’s Quick Shopping Cart (Deluxe Plan) is $14.99 whilst Shopify’s Basic Plan is $29 (and then there’s the 2% transaction charge on top of that), so GD is actually much cheaper (unless I’m missing something). But I’ve heard mixed things about both services from all the comments and reviews I’ve read. 

One of the most common examples of m-commerce is electronic ticketing. Air tickets, movie tickets, train tickets, play tickets, tickets to sporting events, and just about any kind of tickets can be booked online or through mobile apps. I have to say that whilst the system is easy to set up, I find it a bit limited. It’s true that you can customize your email, but you can only send the email 1, 6, 10 or 24 hours after. I wish there was an option to set rules to trigger (or not) the follow-up email (e.g. minimum order amount). What happens if you don’t know their email address? Other options like popups or banners would be nice to have.
Any ideas when the Shopify to Amazon(sell your products on Amazon) will be ready? Nothing from them and I have a client where they have that as a requirement. They were using the Amazon Webstore product that is shutting down in July. I see the Amazon has teamed up with Shopify to migrate the data, but that’s a 1 time deal and it doesn’t push any new product data up do Amazon.

Technically you wouldn’t be able to move your Weebly site as it is built on with their templates and hosted on their server. What you can do is archive the site, download it and then upload this to your new server to give yourself a headstart as this should maintain the base of your site but not posts, custom fonts, plugins and other custom Weebly elements.

Musopen is great, especially if you are looking for classical music for your video.

You have to rely on music websites that provide stock songs. But a lot of these websites charge a royalty fee for each track they offer, which most small video marketing teams don’t have the budget for.
If there are any downsides, it’s that you may find the site a little constrictive if you really have a need for out-of-the-box design or functionality. Also, because you’ll need to purchase an app to add in enhanced features like email or discount popups, the monthly fees can climb pretty quickly. Still, the site—even in its un-enhanced-by-apps format—provides plenty for a beginning e-retailer to sink their mouse into.
Reduced costs. eCommerce businesses benefit from significantly lower running costs. As there’s no need to hire sales staff or maintain a physical storefront, the major eCommerce costs go to warehousing and product storage. And those running a dropshipping business enjoy even lower upfront investment requirements. As merchants are able to save on operational costs, they can offer better deals and discounts to their customers.
Although retailers are slating some outstanding deals for Black Friday, the shine of the once-feverish shopping day has diminished, as product discounts have started to appear earlier and earlier in the holiday season.
