Hi there, I’ve been with Shopify for a little over a year now and to tell you the honest truth I’m beginning to get frustrated with their (html) coding website building template thing! I feel like it’s kind of holding me back from becoming a successful online business! Basically all I want to do is to customizes my theme/store to accept paid membership and at the same time have a regular membership for other customers as well. I also wanted to have a boutique for customers and to add music to my store. is their any (html)codes or template/theme codes you can help me with for any of the features I want to add to my store, I would greatly appreciate it! I started off using Square when it first came out. But I wanted something more robust that would help me with ecommerce and POS as I grew my ecommerce platform. Shopify makes everything seamless and has a number of apps that help me do other things like marketing. It's not as inexpensive as Square for POS, but it also is way more powerful. The customer service has also been great. I hate calling for customer service, so I use their Chat feature and always get an answer to my questions or issues.

But you also have to fine tune your site for optimizing images, and fix your page speed. It takes a bit of tweaking at times and sometimes you can things yourself, but other times you may have to get some help with a cost. But it is still worth it because you learn so much from the experience and have the opportunity to put wonderful products to your store. I have to say that whilst the system is easy to set up, I find it a bit limited. It’s true that you can customize your email, but you can only send the email 1, 6, 10 or 24 hours after. I wish there was an option to set rules to trigger (or not) the follow-up email (e.g. minimum order amount). What happens if you don’t know their email address? Other options like popups or banners would be nice to have.
